KANSAS CITY..HERE I COME!!!

but only for a quick visit!

We thought that Rhett would be sooo excited about flying...well, if the truth must be told, he was more excited about the moving sidewalks in the airports and the escalators.

A midnight snack in our room just before....
a little cat nap....

Then up early the next morning for Pap to get his award!

On our way out, this is a view of part of our hotel.

Last flight until...

....we were back in Nicholasville!

See?? Joseph isn't always a West Virginia fan!!!
(just when they win)

EASTER EGG HUNT #1
(#2 and #3 to come next weekend)
Saturday morning, we went to the annual egg hunt in Nicholasville. Rhett really enjoyed
himself this year and he knew exactly what to do!

As you can see, we were all egg-cited to see the Easter Bunny!

What a way to spend a BEAUTIFUL Saturday afternoon! After the egg hunt, Rob, Rhett, Sidney Shea and I all went out to Mr. Charlie's house and this is how we spent the next 4 hours!!

Rob and Rhett spent most of their time on the 4-wheeler
while Sidney Shea and I hung-out by the truck! See our campground!

Then Ms. Dana came to visit and we decided to go down to the creek. Rhett and I rode the 4-wheeler while Daddy and Sidney Shea hitched a ride!

Rhett's FAVORITE spot

Taking it easy!

JILL'S COMING, JILL'S COMING, JILL'S COMING

what a great week we've had! my best friend Jill and her sweet baby boy, Joseph
came to visit...just not long enough!!

Jill with Rhett and Sidney Shea..boy were they excited to see her!

They were here for St. Patrick's day and so of course we all had to wear green. Only Sidney Shea didn't have anything. I found this outfit that Rhett wore when he was 6 months old and she could wear it, at 7 weeks old. We measured and weighed the kiddos. Joseph who was born in Nov. was 1/2 inch longer than Sidney Shea and Sidney Shea who was born in Jan. weighed 1 pound more than Joseph!

Here she is with her new bib for the holiday, thanks to Teresa!!

This is how we spent most of the week. Watching Rhett entertain the two babies!

Can you see them? Joseph brought his camo and so everyone had to wear theirs. I know, you think that I shouldn't put Sidney Shea in this...well, I tried to make her look more "girlie" and just look what happened!

Come on Momma, I just want to be like the boys!!!

BEST FRIENDS are the GREATEST!!!

Sidney Shea's First Trip to Church!!!

We made our first trip into Mt. Sterling a couple of weeks ago. This is what the back of my vehicle looked like after packing for just me and the kiddos for a two day trip.(that turned into a 10 day stay)

The weather was so beautiful that we decided to stay longer. Here are some photos of the things that we saw and a few snapshots of the people who came to see us!

This is Rhett and his Pap. Rhett is helping out by 'cutting' the bull's tails so that they look great for the cattle sale in April.

You know, they also have to be fed! Yelp! That's Rhett driving the tractor. He LOVES to drive...ok really he just loves to push all the buttons!

This is taken outside the front door of our trailer house in Mt. Sterling! Rhett and Rob were just driving around Nana's farm looking for Big Bucks or a few turkeys.

This is where Rhett would live! In the middle of the llama field!

Farm living is the life for US!!!!!!!!!

My neighbor in Mt. Sterling, Ms. Debbie, she has a hen house and every time we drive by her home, Rhett looks out the window to see her chickens. Well, this week, she got one out for him to hold! He even went into the house and gathered two eggs for our breakfast!

We even visited with Ms. Brown. She had baby lambs everywhere!!
In case your wondering where Sidney Shea was in all these pictures, she stayed on the couch, Nana watched her or she was in the car just hanging out!

Now for the people!

A-Ree...our favorite!

Brack, Clay, Lacee, and Sophie

Mommoo

These were just a few that I had pictures of. It was great seeing all these people: James Benton, Austin, Lyndsey,Cole, Stephanie, John, Aunt Vicki, Tammy, Delaney, Nancy, Jada, Aunt Patty, Bobby, Tina and Greg and the people that we visited at the bank, PVA office and the beauty shop!

BRING ON THE SUNSHINE!!!!!!
When the sun comes out...so does Rhett! We can't wait for warmer weather and longer days so that we can go out and play.

Happy about going to school!

This girl was just too happy about going to school today! Rhett was at Ms. Kristy's so I thought it would be a good time to take Sidney Shea to visit all my friends at Wilmore Elementary! As you can see she was very excited when I told her where we were going!!
