Things 3 yr olds say

Today, Rhett and I were playing with his farm animals, the gates and he has some hunter men whom we turned into farmers. We were getting the cows out of the nasty mud (sound familiar) and I needed to get supper started. I left him and he wanted me to play, I told him to play by himself for a minute and I'd be back. His response, "Momma, I have three men and only 2 hands....how am I supposed to handle that?"

I thought, come November, wonder how many times I'll be saying that? (three of them and only two hands)

Blogging? Washing? Cleaning?

To Blog....or do the dishes? That is the question! So, I hope that you enjoy these updated photos. I'm going to start with the Spring Break and work my way to Easter! Enjoy!!

Kevin, is this safe without a helmet?

Then we spent an afternoon at the children's museum while Jill stayed home with the napping babies. Let's just say, Rhett LOVED this place!

Between thunderstorms and tornado warnings, we went to the county egg hunt. It didn't take Sidney Shea long to figure out what to do....EAT THE CANDY!!!
Rhett really enjoyed running and filling up his bucket.
Our annual picture with the famous Easter Bunny!

My great hunter has brought home the bacon once again....or shall I say Turkey! He had great help cleaning the bird from Rhett...who hopes to hunt with his dad this weekend!

Sidney Shea is thrilled to have goats! She LOVES them and will probably scream because she can't go in the show ring!

Rhett has been wanting to bake a cake, so since all we've had for the past weeks are rainy days, we decided to cook....mixing ingredients

reaping the benefits!

boy did she LOVE this! She cleaned her beater better than soap could have:)

waiting ...

then putting on the final touches of our Easter bunny cake! YUM

What an eggciting morning...to wake up and find that the Easter Bunny has been to our house....despite Rhett saying that if it showed up he was going to shoot it,

The kiddos were very happy to see their goodies, chocolate bunnies, gum, suckers, sand toys, swim suits, "real" shovels, work gloves and even bracelets and necklaces!

Nothing like Chocolate for breakfast!!

We then traveled to Mt. Sterling for church and Easter dinner at mom's followed by an egg hunt!
Let the Egg Hunt begin!

Just a few snapshots of the hunting...no Hunter didn't hunt but he was quick to raid someone's basket for candy!!

After the hunt, then it's time to play in the creek, catch a few frogs,

lead the llamas, ride horses and
at the end of the day, we celebrated Hunter's 14th birthday!

HAPPY SPRING!!!!
