NEW and exciting NEWS!!!
As of July 2010, we have a new addition that has blessed our home and we wanted you to be the first to see it.....
Ending our vacation on a good note!
This is Jill and I. After our vacation at the beach Rob and the kids and I drove to Winston Salem to spend some time with my BEST FRIEND!!! I know that by looking at us you can't tell that we are old enough to have been friends for 11 years but it's true (by the way, Jill is older than me)
WOW nothing beats TRUE friendship!!!
Nothing beats hearing the ice cream truck and waiting an hour for him to reach your street!!
Gracie, Rhett, Jill and Grant (Jill's nephew)
After the fireworks show, we had to wait close to an hour to get out of the parking lot, I guess everyone had to load up their couches before they could leave!( ok, really I thought I was in West Virgina, people brought their living room couch out to sit on and watch the fireworks) So, I had brought along SPARKLERS for the kiddos. We stood beside the car waiting in line and played with sparklers. I didn't get a picture of Gracie and Grant with us but when we got home (to Jill's) I had Rhett do one more so...I took a picture!

Beach Bums
Our family (12) of us went to Myrtle Beach for a week of R and R. Ok really, we were so busy and stayed out SOOOOOOO late that we really didn't catch any rest or relaxation....just wait and see what we did catch.
Of course a vacation wouldn't be a vacation without some night-time entertainment. Ours was Rob fitting into this teeny car with Rhett,
and Rob getting on the mechanical bull so that Rhett could ride! We also spent an evening out playing a round of putt-putt golf! Rhett said he won...he did have the highest score!
We played in the sand...LOTS
Kennedy liked swimming in the pool and Rhett learned how to go all the way under without holding his nose while on vacation.
Lyndsey helping in building a sandcastle which didn't last long...two three year-old boys kept knocking then down.
I scream, you scream we both scream for an ice cream breakfast! It's vacation, anything goes. Right Steph?
This is the best family pic I had. It is very difficult to get a baby and a three year-old to look at the camera at the same time
